ⓐ Dry Electronic Dust Collector

Dust attached to the discharge electrode and the collector electrode is cleaned by continuously spraying cleaning water into the strong electric field while collecting dust by discharging high voltage.

Operation Principles of the Dust Collector

Working Details

When our Precipitator absorbs the foul or contaminated air though a suction hood, large particles get filtered first in an inlet pre collector. Then the air enters an additional pre filter to check similar particle size and regular air distribution across the region. After this it has to go through the IONIZER, which electrically charges the particles present in the airflow.

The ionizer and the collecting cell receive power from an efficient POWER PACK. If the door of the collection cell is opened while the ESP is still powered on, the SAFETY SWITCH (Limit Switch) installed in the main cabinet disconnects the power supply to the POWER PACK. A Tower Lamp mounted on top of the Unit indicates performance status. To minimize maintenance for the blower, it is placed on the cleaner side of the unit.
